Aftcezz is a knowledge workspace that connects to tools you already use and makes their content searchable. When you connect a source, you direct us to read it on your behalf. The content in those sources remains yours, and we process it to provide the search, answer, checklist and extraction features you ask for.

We act on your instructions. We do not sell your content, and we do not use one organization's connected documents to answer another organization's questions.

Connections are read-only. We build a searchable index of the content your connecting account can access so that answers can cite the exact passage they came from. We do not write changes back to your source tools.

If a document's permissions change in the source, that change carries through to what Aftcezz will surface. Disconnecting a source removes its indexed content from the hub.

The questions you ask and the answers we generate are retained to power your history and to keep follow-up questions in context. They are scoped to your workspace. We do not use them to train models shared across organizations.

When you start a trial or contact us, you share details such as your name, work email, company and what you would like to evaluate. We use this to create your account, send your login details, respond to your enquiry and support your use of the product.

Form submissions are delivered to our team by email so we can act on them. We ask only for what we need to help you.

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access within Aftcezz mirrors the permissions of each connected source, so a document is never exposed to someone who could not already reach it. More detail is on our security page.

Indexed content is tied to the connection that created it and is removed when that source is disconnected. When a workspace is closed, its indexed content and query history are scheduled for deletion. If you would like specific data removed, contact us and we will action it.

You control which sources are connected and can disconnect them at any time. You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal details you have shared with us by contacting our team.
